Stepclever is a Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (LEGI) funded through Central Government with the aim of helping individuals of all ages set up in business. The Stepclever programme focuses on north Liverpool and south Sefton and is charged with making this a place for new entrepreneurs and successful, outward looking businesses to grow and develop. Managed in partnership by Liverpool City Council and Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, the core activities of Stepclever are delivered through a team of skilled Business Managers who offer support and advice to those thinking of becoming self-employed.
Through Stepclever, residents and businesses are able to access a range of services that will enable them to start up in business or grow their existing business and there are services available for every stage of business development.
Stepclever is available to residents and businesses located in six wards of north Liverpool and south Sefton at Anfield, County, Everton, Kirkdale, Derby and Linacre.
