Young People in Business
Stepclever believe that young people can offer so much to the area’s enterprise culture, in terms of creativity, new approaches and enthusiasm. Our aim is to release the latent entrepreneurship in young people & help them apply it effectively.
What we will put in place
- A range of confidence building, motivational development activities for 16-25 yr olds linked to local opportunities, sport, the arts and other interests of young people to assist progression to education, training and employment including self-employment This will include maritime sector projects so young people become more aware of their own area and the opportunities within it.
- Business start support specially designed for young people, based on local individual’s needs.
- Strong relationships with partner organisations and take account of what changes they make so there is joint impact.
