Stepclever has launched a new initiative, the Stepclever ALERT Service, to help Businesses in north Liverpool and south Sefton meet the challenge of the downturn by raising their profile and helping them to find new business opportunities.
The free Stepclever ALERT Service will automatically email businesses with details of current and future new tender opportunities as well as providing companies with a valuable source of market information.
Opportunities recently posted on the website include:

• New Heartlands marketing services which includes printing, film/dvd, signage, design and print, photography, web services, marketing consultancy and audio visual services
• Edge Hill conservation area boundary improvements

• Road maintenance & associated works

The Stepclever ALERT Service can also help companies advertise their buying opportunities to other Stepclever companies as well as finding potential new partners to bid for future contracts.

Pupils from All Saints Catholic Primary School in Bootle were the latest children in Liverpool and Sefton to learn about the value of money through the Stepclever Every Penny Counts campaign.
The Stepclever Juice FM ‘Tenner Tycoon’ Challenge reached its climax on Friday as the winners were announced live on air during the Juice FM breakfast show. Competition has been fierce as teams of year eight students from each of the seven Stepclever Schools battled it out to prove that they are the young entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
This month ASDA’s new ECO-Store on Bank Road in Bootle hosted a successful visit from Stepclever. Members of the Stepclever Travel Team advised staff about the best ways to cope with the costs of travelling to a new job as well as letting them know how organisations like Stepclever and Sefton Travel Team can help them meet their travel to work needs.
