What is Stepclever?

Stepclever is an exciting initiative which offers a free, comprehensive package of support for individuals of all ages who are setting up, or developing a business.

Focused on North Liverpool and South Sefton, Stepclever is available to residents and businesses located in Anfield, County, Everton, Kirkdale, Derby and Linacre. It aims to help businesses grow and encourage entrepreneurs in these areas.

A wide range of services can be accessed which will enable people to become their own boss or improve their existing business. These include:

Business advice and support
Grants and other financial assistance
Plus lots of other types of support for starting or growing a business

Stepclever is a Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (LEGI) and is government funded. Managed in partnership by Liverpool City Council and Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, the core activities of Stepclever are delivered through a team of highly-skilled Business Managers who offer essential support and advice to those thinking of becoming self-employed.
